They sure do not taste like they used to, one of my favorite snacks was liverwurst and townhouse crackers, I can't say that now. My biggest complaint is the taste it just so bland compared to what it used to be. Get back to the old way of making them please

I don’t know what has happened to these crackers but they are no good anymore. They just break to pieces just getting them out of the box or the sleeve. They used to be my favorite cracker but only if you want to eat crumbs. They say good for dipping, but how can you dip a broken up mess.

For the last few years, the crackers have been too white, like they didn't get cooked long enough.

I am 61 years old and have been eating them as long as I can remember!!! Holidays they were at everyone we had. I have raised my sons on these. Always have at least 2 boxes in my pantry. I Have had so many great memories as a kid and with my kid and now my grandchildren. Town house original was my kids bed time stacks with cheese crackers and fresh fruit. Now my grandkids too. To be honest I eat them almost everyday.

I used to buy these cracker over every other brand. Now, you can’t even spread anything on them before they crumble to bits.

These crackers are good but they are all broken when opening box ..... It seems the packaging needs to be changed so this does not happen. I will have to try another brand if the packaging is not changed

We have chosen Townhouse over every other cracker for years. It has been a staple on our biweekly shopping list almost every shopping trip/order placed. We've spent hundreds on this brand. The last couple of years, box after box would have excessive breakage and 2 or 3 sleeves of pale, undercooked crackers. In recent months, it's been every box we've purchased. They no longer have a well buttery toasted flavor or color. After keeping hope alive, we won't be purchasing again. We kept purchasing thinking it was just periodic batch variations causing the flavor difference and/or stock handling causing breakage. We're not huge fans of Ritz, but that will be our default moving forward.
We miss the old Townhouse Crackers.

MY FAMILY AND I ATE THESE EXCLUSIVELY FOR YEARS BACK WHEN THEY HAD A BUTTERY TASTE AND DID NOT TASTE STALE. SOMEBODY IN CORPORATE SCREWED UP A GOOD THING. ITS ALL RITZ CRACKERS AT TYHE HOUSE NOW!!!!
