If my packaging vendor delivered nothing but broken pieces and parts of my product and services to my customers and expected a premium price I don't know, I would want to fix it. HA! But that"s just me.I've got that American Pride thing that seems to get in the way. Tastes good but it's like $5 cracker crumbs.

Love the the flip side crackers, but the last three boxes we purchased were 1/3 broken. Need to hire a softer ride van to transport these. Need to test after they are on the grocers shelves
Way too many broken

I absolutely love these. With dips, cheese, meats, just about anything. Even good in soup. I frequently eat just the cracker. I also like the "minis".....BUT, on the minis - I HATE the house seasoning. For me...the seasoning ruins the pretzel/cracker taste.
Original...love it! Minis...not so much.

I bought these for a social gathering and at least 50% of the box had broken crackers. Tasted good but could not serve all those broken pieces. I paid $4.87 and would like a refund.

You have changed the formulation and we will no longer buy them.
Changed, not for the good.

My husband and I love the taste of these pretzel crackers but the last box we bought most of them were broken. That makes it very hard to spread cheese on them. We are very disappointed.
Disappointed

Every time I go food shopping, I always buy two or three boxes Flipside crackers since they’re like a staple in my house…until now!! I bought a box when I was grocery shopping at the Acme in the NJ shore. They were horrible!! They tasted stale, so I figured maybe it was just a bad batch. So, when I got home I bought two boxes and it was the exact same stale no flavor taste again!! Sadly, I won’t be buying them anymore! I googled to see if the recipe was changed at all. It appears it has not been changed. I had to throw the boxes out.
Was the recipe changed!?!

Best crackers I have had ever. Love the flavor and the lightness, crispness. Would also go well with any dip.
My Favorite Cracker.

Crisp, classic cracker on one side... perfect pretzel flavour on the other.
