Every time I go food shopping, I always buy two or three boxes Flipside crackers since they’re like a staple in my house…until now!! I bought a box when I was grocery shopping at the Acme in the NJ shore. They were horrible!! They tasted stale, so I figured maybe it was just a bad batch. So, when I got home I bought two boxes and it was the exact same stale no flavor taste again!! Sadly, I won’t be buying them anymore! I googled to see if the recipe was changed at all. It appears it has not been changed. I had to throw the boxes out.
Was the recipe changed!?!

Best crackers I have had ever. Love the flavor and the lightness, crispness. Would also go well with any dip.

If you like crumbs, go for it. AND, they no longer taste like pretzels on either side. IT'S LIKE OPENING A BOX OF GARBAGE. THESE ARE A TRUE ZERO!!!!!

Very disappointed that over 70% of the crackers were in pieces! All in one bag that allows smashing. I assumed they would be packaged in a protective sleeve, especially after others have complained. Toast is ok.
Disappointed with broken crackers.

We've always loved these but the last box we bought were over cooked to the point of being burnt.

While the taste of Flip Sides is very good I’m embarrassed to serve them to company as more than half are broken when opening the box. How can you prevent this?

I love these crackers, but like everyone else, they are always broken when I open the box.
