These crackers were one of my favorites. Then several of the boxes I purchased had no seasoning on them or had maybe a little salt. There was no Mediterranean flavor at all. Hoping that it was just a strange processing issue and that the recipe did not get changed otherwise I will not be purchasing them again. I will update my review if I try another box with better results.
Very disappointed in purchase.

Having worked in the pizza industry for years… Honestly? No difference—This is a form of pizza crust.
Initial taste: Tomato powder. Terrible, and tastes old.
• The During taste: Cronchy. Solid structure. Baked well. Tasting the herbs for once, but… Reminds me of Marinara sauce.
• After taste: Onion powder. Terrible, and tastes even older.
Tried it with roasted-bell hummus: 1/5 stars. Tried it with sharp cheddar: 2/5 stars. Tried it with mozz: 3/5 stars. And when considering the flavor alone? I still just taste: PIZZA!
Perhaps I’ve just grown a blind distaste toward “tomato powder” and the all-too-common stale flavor of “onion powder” with added “spice” mixes.
I’m glad I tried them, but I very much don’t want pizza-flavored pita chips. Compare these Pita chips to pizza-flavored fish crackers, and sauced-up pizza crust… Too similar. And the aftertaste? 100% stale-onion breath. 0/5 after-taste.
Crunchy—But ew… Powdered tomato pizza flavor?

They were my favorite a few years ago. The seasoning is perfect and I'd always have a box in my house. Now I can't find them in any stores and I'm deeply disappointed :( don't tell me they got discontinued..
Where are these sold now?!

Great flavor and crunch, only thing i wish they were available in extra toasty that would make them perfect.
A great pita cracker
